Dit teken- en beeldbewerkingsprogramma slaat een brug tussen het met Windows meegeleverde Paint en dure maar zeer uitgebreide programma's als Adobe Photoshop en CorelDRAW. Versie 4.1.1 van Paint.NET is uitgekomen.
